The RV Resort at Hickory Ridge is a modern and peaceful campground with a golf course adjacent. We are located between Rochester and Buffalo, just 1.5 miles from the Erie Canal walking trails. The campground is serene and well-manicured for a great trip!

Please keep in mind, our golf course is open for golfing only. Please do not cut through the golf course or allow children to play on the course.

Check in is 1:00pm, check out is 11am.

Our campsites can accommodate most camper sizes with easy access and full hook ups. 

All sites are full hook up and 30/50amp. service.

• McCargo Lake (no swimming in lake) - Fishing may be done on the shore. Catch and release. License required

• OUR LAKE IS NOT OPEN AT THIS TIME FOR BOATING. WHEN OPEN, NO OUTSIDE WATER VESSELS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED ON THE LAKE.

SEASONAL CAMPSITES

Seasonal sites are available at our Padelford Rd. section only. Our season is open from May 1 - Nov. 1. All sites are full hook up. WiFi available - no cable at this time.

Rules & Regulations

NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ATV’S, 4-WHEELERS, GOLF CARTS, ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. You will be asked to park them in the RV lot or remove from the property.

We realize our golf course is very enticing and beautiful. However, for the safety of our guests, and a courtesy to our golfers, people and pets are not allowed on the golf course at any time unless you have a tee time and are golfing. Children are not allowed to play on the course or ride bikes through the course. This is a separate entity of Hickory Ridge and is considered private property. Please ensure that if you have guests visiting you while camping they are aware of this also. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.

All guests must check in at the office and obtain a day parking pass. No more than 2 vehicles per site are allowed. Overflow parking is located at the RV office lot.

Please pull your camper in as far as you can on the stone in your space. This will allow you to get one vehicle on the stone. A second vehicle is allowed and we ask that you park as much on the stone as you can.

Trash is to be disposed in the dumpsters located at the RV office and at the Padelford Rd. section upon check out or as needed.

The speed limit is 5 mph.

Quiet time is 10pm.

The pool is open during business hours of the RV office. Keep in mind, if the store has to close for any reason or if there is an outside wedding, the pool will not be open. No life guard is on duty and swimmers swim at their own risk. At least 2 people over the age of 18 must be present in the pool at all times if you want to swim (this is a NYS law). Per our health department, all swimmers must sign in and out in the RV office. A complete list of pool rules is available in the RV office.
